Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Carbon Fiber Dynamics, Industrial Area, Street 45, Doha, Qatar (hereinafter “Company”) and the client (hereinafter “Customer”) for the design, manufacture, repair and installation of custom carbon fiber components for automotive, marine, aviation and other applications.
2. Services
The Company provides custom carbon fiber body panels, aerodynamic kits, interior trim, structural components, prototyping and restoration services. The scope of services is determined by the respective project agreement. Additional work identified as necessary during the manufacturing process will only be carried out after consultation with the Customer.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Upon request, the Company will provide a detailed cost estimate. Any overruns to the cost estimate will be communicated to the Customer immediately. A significant overrun (more than 15%) entitles the Customer to cancel the project. Services already rendered shall be compensated.
4. Payment
A deposit of 50% is required at project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery. The Company accepts bank transfer, credit card and cash payment. In the event of late payment, default interest of 5 percentage points above the base rate will be charged. The Company retains a lien on the vehicle or components until full payment is received.
5. Warranty
The statutory warranty period of two years applies to all work performed and parts installed. Wear components are excluded from the warranty insofar as wear is attributable to normal use. The warranty covers the professional execution of the agreed work and the structural integrity of all carbon fiber components supplied.
6. Liability
The Company is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In the case of slight negligence, the Company is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations. Liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. No liability is assumed for items left inside vehicles or for pre-existing defects in the Customer’s vehicle or components.
7. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Data collected in the course of a project is used exclusively for project execution and customer communication.
8. Final Provisions
The laws of the State of Qatar shall apply. Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Doha, Qatar, to the extent permitted by law.
